Representative bright field images of salispheres grown from untreated control (UT) and irradiated (IR d30) glands in serum-free media at different time points in culture (A). Number of salispheres was quantified per 6 wells from 3 primary cell preparations per treatment group at days 4, 5, 6, 7, and 14 in culture and expressed as average ± SEM (B).
